Enjoy our 'like home' accommodations.

The Homeplace Country Inn was created from the former home of Frank and Mildred (McDonald) Bevins on the Century Farm that was first settled by the McDonald family in 1833, shortly after Missouri statehood. Restoration, renovation and expansion has provided an exquisite hostelry experience near historic and recreational sites in the Oak Creek valley just east of the town of Oak Springs on East Highway 24.

In 1996, the Homeplace Country Inn was managed by Karen (Bevins) Winslow.

Here is an excerpt with Karen and Christopher at the Homeplace Country Inn from "The Homeplace Revisited" on Friday, August 16, 1996.
